There are way too many fillers and binders in the raw unfiltered non-extracted impure crushed tablet, not to mention the minor details like the huge possibility of getting emphysema, COPD, asthma, or dying of respiratory failure.
People do what you're considering, but only after they've spent a lot of time and effort on extracting, refining, and then re-filtering, and this requires some basic knowledge of chemistry and just common junkie sense.
People do not do what you are literally suggesting, and the 0.00001% of people who do this, tend to have IQ's similar to their shoe size. Most of the 0.000001% who try it, experience such a nasty, shitty, disgusting, poisonous, and childish/immature act that they never ever try it again.
They say each cigarette w/ tobacco takes 30 minutes off your lifespan. I bet smoking one hit of ADHD medication (which is usually bound to a PLASTIC polymer likely producing toxic and cancerous fumes when exposed to such heat) takes 30 days off your lifespan, but I'm just using these numbers to give you an idea of how idiotic the idea your proposing is.
People can do a lot of crazy things, and can they get high off them? Even when there's no logical reason for why they would? Sure. Bluelight is a perfect example of an information / research / resource-rich community, I'm sure if you were to use our search engine, you'd find that the general consensus is that smoking pills is extremely damaging to your health and respiratory tract, is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, logically speaking it makes no sense because less drug hits your bloodstream vs other, much safer, routes of administration.
For example, the rectal ROA absorbs 99% of methamphetamine, I can't compare this figure to the figure of the % of drug that reaches your boodstream when your smoking pills, but that's because no one has ever been tweaked out enough or stupid enough to blow their life savings on funding a peer-reviewed professional research study to determine how much crushed pills / drug reaches your bloodstream, presumably controlled substances.....but smoking the filler and all....
I don't know anyone who is stupid enough to smoke pills, let alone fund an actual research study on it. No, I don't see that article being of much interest for publication in MEDLINE, etc, pubmed/NIH, the national institute of heath / NHL national library of medicine, or any of their other lines of peer-reviewed published health libraries. So I would highly recommend that you get thoughts of smoking pills out of your head. The only people who smoke pills tend to be from less developed countries, using old-school medication. For example, in many parts of southern Africa, it is popular to crush up methaqualone (Quaalude) tablets and roll them into blunts. Now, I'm not saying that it's any better for THEM to be smoking pills, but I mean, I tend to be a little more forgiving on why people do what they do to get by when living in these foreign nations with less-developed healthcare, and not much information on harm reduction. I bet most people who smoke pills, do so until they start coughing up so much blood or some other gruesome complication arises that will take away the option of the inhaled ROA for the rest of their lives.
Have you ever tried spending a week, or even a single day, out in the world, just doing your thing.... with ONE thing different this time: You have to get used to the oxygen mask that won't stay perfectly in place, constantly having to re-adjust it, being very careful everywhere you go, making sure you don't bump your cart holding your O2 tank into anything or anyone, being sure your tubes do not get punctured, accidentally.
Fish out of water feeling. If you smoke pills, chances are you may smoke cigarettes, weed, since you smoke amphetamine pills, you might smoke crystal methamphetamine too, all of these things you'd have to avoid wherever an open flame, static discharge, or anything that could result in risking exploding to death in a painful fiery inferno, and likely taking the lives of those innocent people around you with you, getting your tubes stuck and catch on something like when your getting off of the bus or something.... making you have to stop what you were doing dropping everything so that you can use both hands to re-adjust your oxygen mask....
I'll stop here, but I think you get the idea... And if you somehow didn't understand anything I just said and you require a TL;DR, then here it is: You are clearly new to substance abuse and you therefore likely are not aware of all the potential health risks involved particularly with long-term health consequences. From your 4 posts here on BL, I can already see that you're not thinking about the big picture / long-term, which is going to be your downfall if you don't do something about this mindset, and fast.
