smoking pills wont cause them to show on drug screen?

So my cousin and I were talking about our experiences with being drug tested and he told me that if you smoke percocets the drug will not show up on a drug test. Now my thought is that's just crazy it has to show right? Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Could it be possible? I have no interest in smoking percocets, I was just curious if there was any truth to this. He said he knows this from personal experience. Thanks for any responses.

The drug is still in your system, still processed by your liver and excreted through your kidneys. ROA does not change this.
Also, drug testing discussion is frowned upon hereabouts.

So long as you ingest the drug, regardless of the way it was taken, it will still be processed by the body and later excreted normally. If you're in a situation that involves drug testing I strongly recommend you not take any advice from this friend to heart. As already pointed out threads about drug tests aren't allowed though so I've gotta close this.
