Smoking LSD?

Is it possible to get high off smoking say, a tab?

My mate is trying to argue the fact that it works the same as if you'd have swollowed it, because he read a guys comment on youtube(yeh that's sayin everything8)) saying that he dips his ciggies into LSD then smokes it and gets heaps fucked from it.

Ive come to understand that LSD breaks down in potency when it's in heated environments, so to try and smoke it seems like a bit of BS, but ya never know.

Just wondering if anyone out there has heard of or tryed this?

Well if you dip a cigarette into liquid LSD then yes you will start tripping, if you burn a tab then no it won't work. But Liquid LSD is hard to obtain and can contain anything from 1 - 20 hits in a small amount. So your friend sounds like a twat unless he synthesizes LSD

You might if when you dip the cig in the LSD you get some liquid LSD on your fingers.

it's funny cos on a anti drug site hosted by the government they said common methods of administration of LSD including smoking.
 
Maybe you would inhale some small drops of liquid or get it on your hands yeah, but if you burn it then it is indeed destroyed. Could be that the heat of the burning part of the cigarette evaporates some liquid but I don't even believe you can vape LSD salt.

Anyway, what is certain is that its plenty silly. There is absolutely no need to do this since it's extremely inefficient except if you are just going for 'look at me, I smoke acid'.
 
why a person would need to take LSD anyway besides sublingually/orally is beyond me

smoking it sounds like a serious waste of product

I used to get drops of liquid LSD put in my eye, same with blotter, i still sometimes put 2 tabs on each eyeball.

Don't listen to all of the bullshit warnings about LSD

it doesn't fry your brain, it doesn't make you go insane, it wont poison you, ect ect ect

I'm living proof of all of this.

But I do not suggest putting LSD drops in your eye, or even blotter as I heard it's not healthy to get on your pupil.

1. The heat will destroy it.
2. Even if the heat did not, enough LSD would probably wastefully drift off into the air that you would need a relatively large mass of it to get enough into you.

A solution of liquid LSD makes sense to put in your eye (although it sounds potentially painful and very wasteful if you do not get it exactly in your eye), but why the hell would you put a piece of paper in your eye?
 
you could using my friends method:

1 roll blunt
2 make small mouthpiece out of cardboard or something
3 dip said mouthpiece in acid
4 mouthpiece in mouth= acid absorption while smoking

having said this, he is a wierd guy with a lot lot lot of drugs to spare. as previous people have said, i beleive even some of the heat of the smoke might degrade the cid a bit
