Heroin Smoking leftover from IV shot

Hey guys, I searched on the forum for an answer on this but couldn't find anything, sorry if it has been asked before.

Basically, when I do a shot of H there is always some left in the top of the syringe. Because I feel it is wasteful to throw it away I squirt this leftover in some foil and smoke it the good old fashioned way.

I'm wondering now, is it safe to smoke this mixture? Sometimes there's some blood in it too, and I have no idea whether smoking your own blood can have some adverse effects. Also, I sometimes let the remainder sit in the syringe for a couple of hours so I can mix it in with the leftovers of my next shot (to be clear I do not shoot it the leftovers - I just add it to the other residue from the new shot so I can have more in one go). Is this ok or does the stuff tend to go bad over time?

If it's your blood I don't see how it would be dangerous from a medical standpoint...

do you really wanna smoke your blood tho?
 
That's ridiculous. Dis morphing is water soluble, there is nothing left in that residue, smoking it is pointless.

Why is there residue in the too of the syringe anyway? You shouldn't be shooting such a mixture man, that is terrible for you're veins.

The way he words it almost sounds to me like he just often has too big a shot to finish or slips out of the vein before it's all in or whatever - might not be weird residue, might just be that he didn't shoot the whole dose and has some left. If that's the case, may as well reuse it, though I'd personally just plug it so I don't have to taste whatever smoking my own blood would taste like (I might be the type of person to not mind the taste of blood itself but I imagine smoked is another matter lol).

If not then yeah why is there leftover stuff in the syringe? Are you not filtering your stuff before drawing it up? If so that's probably nasty insoluble cuts that are too big to fit through the syringe - shouldn't be consumed in any way, and should have been filtered out by you before-hand, so you should start filtering if that's the case, as some of that gunk *is* small enough to go through the syringe and is going right into your veins and doing you harm.
 
No what I mean is that there's always some of the shot left inside the syringe because even if you push the plunger all the way down there's always some remaining in the tip of the syringe. With residue I meant the leftover shot in the tip of my syringe - sorry english isn't my first language I sometimes make mistakes with word choice. I always filter my shots and they are always clear with no dirty particles floating in the solution.

But what I gather it isn't harmful to smoke blood so that's good. But most of the leftover from the shot is just H there's just sometimes a bit of blood in it but it's not overwhelming.

And yeah the taste is a bit weird but nothing to awful IMO.
