Heroin Smoking/injecting when dehydrated?

It may make you more dehydrated but the actual effects wouldn't be any different.
 
I think this is a little vague to leave open OP.

If you are asking about the effects of taking specific drugs on dehydration, or the mental effects while dehydrated, or trying to find a vein with low fluid levels, or something else then feel free to PM me and I'll reopen this so you can refine your question okay?
