Smoking ecstasy with weed

Have to disagree, D9. I know you know your chemistry far better than I do but I have smoked (well, vaped) MDMA HCl (not pills - crystal) many times and it does work whether it makes sense on paper or not. It may be horrible, inefficient and damaging but it most definitely works. I can assure you it is far from placebo. It's also a very bad idea and a terrible waste... but it works.
 
This is something I've never tried for myself so I can't speak from personal experience, I only know the science of how it should work. I guess this is similar to vaping cocaine salt, where something like 90% gets lost but a percentage still remains. Would you say you got your money's worth so to speak? Like if you vaped 100mg did you get a 100mg high or how much would you say was lost?
I would very much like to hear from someone who's actually used mdma freebase as well.
 
I couldn't smoke 100mg of MDMA at once if I tried - hits far too hard for that. I've only ever done it occasionally to either give me a kickstart whilst waiting for something to come-up, or to give a boost to an existing high or keep it going when I only want a shortish burst of increased effects without taking a full booster dose. I also use it to counteract the mongdom that comes midway through an MDPV (for example) binge. It (subjectively) feels like it balances out the dopamine drain and means I can think and function normally for a while. Apologies for ay dodgy chemistry ;)

The serotonin boost (if that is what it does - may be awry on the real chemistry stuff but from my layman's perspective) makes me able to function better when I'm strung out on dopiminergic binges. I usually vape maybe 25-50mg off tinfoil for that effect. It feels like a strong MDMA high only speedier and "dirtier" but doesn't have the legs of oral or rectal dosing. It feels very similar to maybe double the amount orally only with nastier side-effects and far more short-lived and fiendish. I certainly don't recommend it - should probably make that clear - but it is no placebo.

On a side-note, cocaine HCl in a spliff is stupidly wasteful but actually kinda pleasant. Would never do it now but back in my "active" days when I had plenty to hand it was a nice pick-me-up when a line or pipe (I mainly washed it up into rock rather than using powder) wasn't suitable.

Only a TRUE dumbass would try smoking MDMA. These are the same type of people who tried to fit the square peg into the round hole when they were little and just couldn't figure it out.
 
Unless it's freebase MDMA (which smoking still isn't really a realistic idea) in your pills, which I would find highly unlikely, your only wasting good drug.

I did some digging for pills containing cocaine listed on dancesafe's website. I compiled a list below of various pills that contained both MDxx and cocaine. What's interesting is that in each case the amount of cocaine in these pills is not even active orally at such low quantities. It would seem to me this is jsut a waste of money on the pressers part. Or they were inexperienced and fell victim themselves to the myths.

smoking MDMA makes me think of someone trying to smoke shrooms or lsd and makes no sense...

just eat the damn thing or stick it up your ass... besides its an m&m pokeball, unless there are fakes going around now, ive had the blue and brown ones and they were both high doses of mdma and were clean... dont waste good pills trying to smoke them, they are good enough that youll get high swallowing them.

In other words, somebody messing about making stupid pills for a laugh - must be kinda funny to send a blatantly ridiculous pill off for testing then watch the news headlines about your home-made "coke/heroin pills" flow from it. Suspect it may be more complex than that now given the sheer quantity - and some of those are widespread pills rather than just obvious one-offs. Very odd.

All I can think is that it's a mixture of mischief-making, morons pressing pills who actually believe that it's normal and effective, and possibly even an attempt to fool test kits by showing positive for desirable actives when it's actually mostly just pipz, caffeine etc in the pill. Can't recall what coke (or heroin, for that matter) shows up as on EZ-Test but possibly a possibility. I know many pills in Europe are made with just a few mg (not enough to be active) of MDMA to turn Marquis black when the bulk of the actives are actually pipz. Very strange indeed :?

cocaine has zero reaction to the marquis, mecke and simons reagents. I don't know about the ropadope.
 
Indeed. That'll be why there's a separate EZ-Test kit for cocaine rather than "ecstasy" then. My memory is a tad iffy sometimes. I blame all those coke and heroin pills ;)

Does make the whole pointless pills thing even stranger to me as even if coke and/or heroin are pressed into pills they are not only inactive but won't even mess with the results of testing kits. Will have to revert to my original thought - idiots and pranksters.
 
pretty sure those pokeballs are mdma caffeine ketamine not mda/mdma/coke based rolls check the DEA micrograms..

Well i do know that opiates react to the Marquis reagent with a violet hue (a sort of wine color/reddish purple). I can see this possibly confusing someone not very experienced with using a Pill testing kit. Verified by dancesafe >>click<<

I own a full spectrum kit: Mecke, Marquis and simons reagent. I have tested all sorts of known drugs and keep a list of the reactions to compare for future use. Which would not be a bad thing for anyone who owns a kit to do jsut so you know what you are looking at if you get a similar result in the future.

A while back i had some white pills with an out embossed stamp of a hand with the middle finger sticking out. When i tested them the test went immediately to florescent pink with the Marquis reagent. At the time i didn't have any other reagents and assumed this was a meth bomb. I ate it and hallucinated for about 10 hours; Crazy intense pill. To this day i have tested LOTS of different substances and have not gotten that same test result since.
