Prescription amphetamines work great orally, especially when the -if applicable time release system is defeated. Like an above poster said, it's shitty but you might as well graduate to meth, at this rate the absence of the Levo-amphetamine would probably be beneficial for your heart, body, and your mental state. Not to say of course that the Meth won't take care of all of those things eventually.
Methylphenidate was made (personal preference) to be injected, or if not snorted. Smoking pills just seems like a bad scene altogether, yet I have no great empirical evidence to support this. I've heard and seen OC's being smoked but not a whole lot else
I don't see how filtering the pills would improve your situation. The only change would be in the time it takes for the substance(s) to be broken down. From what I've gathered the binders/fillers in the pills have little in the way of how the active substances will eventually get to your brain other than seconds or minutes. This is interesting as I've heard heard of varying degrees of innate opiate tolerance but not so much so for amphetamines. But yea give meth a shot I guess it might end up working great
