Smoking cannabis in the US

Hey, I'm not talking from personal experience, but one of my best mates spent the summer in California and said that it was a pretty standard occurrence to be handed a joint and instructed to "hold it there...and there...".
I do think the standard in the UK is probably higher, if only because so many people smoke roll-up cigarettes here. I gather it's something of a rarity and looked down on across the pond.

Let's not forget that cannabis has been smoked with tobacco for as long as it's been smoked. Hashish is also much more common in Europe, and it's quite a challenge to roll a pure hash joint.
And you lost to Ghana. Hardly kicking arse.

tobacco is actually quite new since it comes from the americas so it's only been around for a few hundred years and weed doesn't grow naturally in north america it was brought by jamestown colonists and there have been findings of canabis plants near people graves dating back to over 16th century b.c.e in some egyptian tombs where evidence suggests it was used as a medicine not even mentioning hemps uses so i think over time someoe had at least accidently had some weed burned around them and they inhaled the smoke why do some people in india smoke chillums? please understand cannabis has a massively extensive history.

no worse than you :p

^Right. Cannabis has been used for a long time, no doubt. I said it has been smoked with tobacco for as long as it has been smoked. Smoking was first encountered by Europeans in the Americas, and it was introduced to the Old World along with tobacco. Tobacco smoking became popular in the Old World, and then someone had the bright idea to mix some cannabis in with it. The chillum was probably invented in about the 18th century. And guess what? You put tobacco in a chillum.

You should really know your shit better before you go correcting people. Some punctuation probably wouldn't go amiss either.
You must learn!

No, we lost to Germany, who are one of the best teams in the competition, and who have a decent chance of going all the way to the final. You lost to Ghana. Who are Ghana.
Besides, I'll happily admit that the England team is a fucking shambles. I didn't make any claims about any arse-kickings.

Ummm, your understanding history is not what the historians and texts will corroborate. Tobacco didn't come from North America, "The New World" as such... and your rambling sentence doesn't make much sense after that so I won't even try to correct it. Tobacco and marijuana have a similar rich history....

(my drug is better than your drug because ________ statements usually turn out to be false)

Personally I really enjoy the different flavors of weed, don't really like the idea of tainting it with that tobacco flavor. Also the smell of ganja burning by itself is so much better than the smell of burning tobacco.
