Once again America’s teens blow the media’s collective mind with its supposed willingness to smoke any and everything that passes in front of their willing little lungs. At the end of March—suspiciously close to April Fools’ Day, it was smoking coffee. Now it’s smoking bed bugs.

An April Fools’ video took a report from Arizona’s news affiliate ABC15 on the hazards of smoking BHC, a marijuana concentrate otherwise known as wax, and repackaged it to sound the alarm over the supposed new “craze” of smoking bed bugs.

Last month’s coffee-smoking craze wasn’t substantiated by a single teen who had actually blazed the beans, and no one was actually interviewed this week who had so much as caught a bed bug, say nothing of smoking it alive. But of course that didn’t stop the story from actually getting reported as news.

Whether it’s paranoia over the “knockout game” or our willingness to believe any and every asinine thing the teens are supposedly smoking these days, its really starting to feel like we’re a nation scared shitless that our youth is about to turn on us full zombie-apocalypse style. Don't worry, certain ants create formic acid, so you can indeed smoke them as people in UEA do.

Seriously though, why chose a bug so tiny? A good choice given their rate of containimation around the world. Like I can only picture people scrounging over couches with those jewel/model mangnifying eyewear just hoping for one they missed or just to hunt for that days fix.....
 
Or maybe the hardest drug users produce the best bedbugs...they are feasting on chemical filled blood. You want the good stuff pock some from a junkies bed ha
