Smoking and Socializing

yeah it definitely does because it's something entertaining to do. i notice that it's kind of quiet at first, then we break out the bong and everyone starts talking their heads off. even after we're high, we turn into a bunch of motormouths haha.
 
I like bein very mildly stoned in public. I feel clever and like i'm a grand citizen of the world. If i'm too high though i flip out around people and keep apologizing for talking so much shit, while i talk more shit
 
The act of smoking definately seems to spark up a conversation, everyone seems to get excited when they see a bong and realize it's coming to them sooner or later, and excited people often talk more. That and the smoking itself can easily become a subject, tho I'm sure if you made 8 people take turns in pissing and get them excited about it, that would spark somekind of a conversation too.

Getting high sometimes makes me more social, sometimes less social. Depends on the weed, set and setting.
 
its social when i get together with some friends and smoke and if i stay with them and hang out. if i go to a party tho, i don't really mingle with people that much. i've been to parties before and had just been so high where i'd just sit down and stare at the ground and space out and shit. when i'm high i also dont really try to hook up with girls either, or when i can get in a bar i kind of just keep to myself and drink by myself lol. although i've had some pretty crazy nights getting high and going to bars and had some epic nights too lol. but mostly i just kind of keep to myself and do shit on my own and i dont really care what other people think.
 
You can walk up to a perfect stranger and smoke a joint. By the time you are finished there is a good possibility you would have shared some laughs and a good conversation with this person. It seems to be some sort of bonding, something much more strong than say people sharing their alcohol drinks at a bar.
