Everywhere…go on YouTube and watch some videos since this shit is over 30 years old and there are designated bars for vaping alcohol too.
 
Even straight up drinking alcohol doesn't seem like a great life choice these days tbh

Never heard of it here in western Europe.

Such use of alcohol is much derided here.

I remember reading that somewhere, if it was in powder form couldn't you chase the dragon?

There are entire alcohol vaping bars all over the USA cropping up over the last twenty or so years (check YT online) where people go to vape alcohol using a candle flame and a glass bong-like device. Apparently, it works, but I hear it tastes like shit and I’ve never tried it. I’m not really sure if I want to since I already drink regularly, and me starting to vape booze is like a cokehead switching to crack for more of a rush lol 😝
