Smoked DMT while on oral DMT

So I stumbled upon DMT crystals (soooooo excited) and I also have my own ayahuasca-type brew (Acacia Confusa/Syrian Rue). This is a one shot deal, 40mg DMT, and I want to get EVERYTHING I can out of this incredible opportunity. What would happen if I smoked DMT on the tail of an ayahuasca trip? Or even the peak if I'm feeling up to it. I'm not too worried about intensity (yes I know this will destroy me), but I'm concerned about tolerance. DMT tolerance is confusing to me, I've heard some say it develops quickly and goes away in like an hour, or there is no tolerance at all. So can someone enlighten me on this and how tolerance would play out.
 
On an maoi any tolerance will be negligable. Smoke away, and have a good time, just make sure you've peaked and are ready for a ride!
 
I've vaporized DMT while otherwise sober as well as on the tail end of an oral DMT + syrian rue trip.

Honestly, I'd prefer to vaporize DMT by itself. I don't really like the way syrian rue makes me feel. Personally, I'd suggest vaporizing it while on nothing else, not even weed or caffeine.

Vaporized DMT is strong enough to not need any enhancement. It's best left to be as pure as possible in my opinion.
 
smoking DMT with MAO inhibited roughly triples potency ime. keep that in mind. 15mg is STRONG.
or just get yourself on the MAOi and smoke the DMT as you like. no oral. probably more effective if you're running low on DMT. as azurite said: tolerance is not an issue...you can constantly smoke yourself into the perfect spot.
 
While it is true that you can smoke yourself to the perfect spot, lots of material is lost depending on your method of smoking. This can not only be frustrating but also not helpful when you try to replicate the experience. Going back to your original questions: I would take the oral dosage. wait for near peak then begin smoking the additional dose. This should put you out very far but if that is what you are seeking....that is what you shall receive. Tolerance should not be affect you if you are starting to smoke just prior (5 minutes to peak).

I agree, Syrian rue is harsh and very unpleasant, which is why I'm still considering this.

I would not do it with anything other itself (orally) or maybe LSD. Because I don't want to ruin the experience.
 
I've never been able to make smoked DMT work - unless you're a very experienced smoker inhaling a vast quantity of plastic tasting smoking deep into your lungs and holding it long enough to get the full effects is going to be tricky. I could only get threshold effects no matter how I tried.

Oral DMT is another animal entirely but 40mg won't do shit I'm afraid. You need to be looking at 100-200 bare minimum to reach the stage where "the fucking cosmos broke loose around me" as Allan Ginsberg put it.
 
You may have misread my post. I have an ayahuasca brew aside from the crystal DMT, and I would like to do them together.

Indeed it can be tricky at best to accurately administer a dosage of N,N,DMT while smoking. Loss of material is a constant issue. If you can economically afford to use more material, sublingual and oral administration techniques may offer more controllable results. Vaporization can also be a controllable administration method when a proper evaporation temperature is used.

Ah I see, well it might work, although it's not going to be easy trying to smoke plastic DMT smoke when you're feeling on the verge of vomiting up your own anus after taking oral DMT. See how it goes.
 
I've never smoked DMT while on oral DMT seeing as I never even did oral DMT but I smoked DMT on 4-aco-dmt, on mushrooms and on LSD before and often many times in a row and I never experienced tolerance ór cross tolerance with DMT (neither when taking it on the end of a trip or when smoking it in a row multiple times) so I'd assume that with ayahuasca you should not have any tolerance either seeing as you'll be on MAOi too... I would think though thay ayahuasca with smoked DMT may be rather uncomfortable due to the scala of side effects one may experience on ayahuasca (which is why I never dared to do it :p).
 
My recommendation would be to smoke DMT on a lightweight dose of oral DMT. Expect to have the most bizarre and incredible experience of your life.
 
Experiencing a couple of lightweight oral doses of DMT and harmine over several hours in beautiful sunshine followed by vaporized DMT in the evening was amazingly good.

In the case of Acacia confusa the molecules are NMT and DMT. I've heard of Acacia confusa offering a 'darker' experience than Mimosa hostilis, regarding the brew, but nonetheless rewarding. If the crystals are from A. confusa this would be NMT and DMT too.
