Changa is a mixture of DMT + other herbs which most likely include MAOIs.
From my research I have gathered this information.
Combining MDMA with MAOI is dangerous as it could cause serotonin syndrome. There are two types of MAOIs: Irriversable MAOIs nd Reversable MAOIs.
Irriversable MAOIs seem to stay much longer in your body than reversable MAOIs, which makes it more dangerous when combining with anti depressants.
As far as I know the types of MAOIs with changa are reversable.

My question:
After smoking changa which has reversable MAOIs, how long would it be safe to take MDMA? I assume it's not so long singe reversable MAOIs should not take long to get out of your system. Thanks.

IDK other than that with some MAOIs two weeks is recommended, those are orally dose ones though which are gonna be in your system much longer... seeing as changa is smoked, I'd assume somewhat if not a lot less time is needed. I don't know any specifics though

24 hours will generally be enough time to get harmala alkaloids out of your system. They have an extremely short half life and unlike traditional MAOIs, harmala alkaloids are reversible which means they only inhibit MAO as long as they remain in your system.

You should be totally fine to roll after 24 hours but I'd go 48 to be totally safe.
