I've never seen #4, because I live on the west coast USA. All we have is mexican black and brown tar

dam. do they have like zero powder over there or is it just real hard to find ?

im in the midwest and can easily get tar, brown, or white. All pretty good quality to.

Powder is pretty much nonexistant, but I'm going to say it's rare because I do know you CAN get it out here with the right connects, but I never sought to look further than the tar that was more readily available.

^Nope have about 4 snorted experiences under my belt and quite a few oxy XP's. Only ever got nauseous once from oxy's since i upped my snorted dose a little too soon. But man was I high...
