Smocking coke not crack

It could, since it is getting absorbed. But, you're not inhaling enough to compensate for the low bioavailability...
 
Erowid does claim that smoking cocaine hcl is at least partially effective, but mostly a waste because cocaine salts burn at a LOWER temperature than freebase coke does:

"While powder cocaine can be smoked to some effect (despite common belief otherwise), it is a very inefficient method of ingestion. Because of the high temperatures present when smoking, powder cocaine tends to burn rather than vaporizing. For this reason, freebase cocaine, also known as crack in its street form, is created from powder cocaine for smoking. Freebase cocaine vaporizes at smoking temperatures providing more effect with less material, as well as faster onset and a more intense high than powder cocaine.."

Despite what alot of people think, smoking regular cocain does have some effect on you. Its definetly not as potent as smoking crack/freebase but does get you high to some degree. taking a huge crack BLAST is nothing like smoking a primo/ chewie or whatever, and if your used to smoking crack than you will defently tell/feel the diference between the ways of smoking it. In some places its common to smoke joints rolled w/ cocain (primos), theirs even some rappers(Rekwon"the chef" WutangClan) known to talk about "smoking blunts rolled with cocain". I can atest from smoking lotso Primos that its NOT just a placebo effect that Im expierenceing. Sure, smokin cocain in its rock/freebase form is the best for getting a bell ringer, but after a primo your feelig the coke and not just the numbness. So, you can get the greatest effect from the least amount of material when you smoke your cocain as freebase/crack compared to regular cocain. In terms of " feeling it" when cocain is smoked crack does it better, but smoking regular coke will definetly change your head and not just feeling the numbness.

hey, this was my 1st expereince with coke:

smoked it with a water bottle (lolstupid kids i know we wasted it)

but got a floaty feeling and my toungue went numb. all in all i was dissapointed cuz i expected more so i assumed we did it wrong...

id kinda agree with CTdopelove.

i kind of got high... but not really.

No, you cannot smoke powder cocaine. Well, I guess you can if you want to waste it all.

Only way to do cocaine is IV, imo. Smoking crackcaine is the 2nd best MoA.
 
Yeah, you can smoke it. You can also dump it down the toilet too and get about the same effect. You may get some minor effect off smoking the hcl but its a waste of coke, you would have been much better off putting it up your nose.
 
You can smoke powdered cocaine, apparently (not tried this method because im not made of money) you add some ching to a normal rolled cigarette and take a few drags to get it going. Then once its burning away you get a straw and huff the smoke that is comming off the end.

Its quite simple really, the temperature that cocaine hcl vaporizes at is very close to the temperature that it burns at, so close that the majority of the hcl will burn up and become useless rather than end up as vapor that you can inhale.

So yeah, technically its a waste of coke, you are not getting high off of smoking the hcl form. However, most people are not seriously trying to get high off taking it that way. They aren't putting a gram of powder in a pipe and trying to smoke it. Its usually more of a ritual thing, they do a bunch of lines and then put a little leftover powder on a joint or something. But don't kid yourself, if you sprinkle a little powder on some green and then smoke it you are not getting enough hcl in your system to get a noticeable high from.

exactly. the only point to smoking a chewie anything is not to get coked out, you sniff it to do that, but it makes the weed burn a lot slower and makes your mouth go numb. it's just kinda cool.
 
I don't care what anyone says, it works. I prefer not to buy crack because I don't want to get into that stuff. Doing coke is bad enough in my opinion.

I normally like to blow a line and then save a bumps worth to put into the end of my Newport. I light it up real hard with the lighter and inhale it deeply, holding it in for like 3-4 seconds. There are definitely effects... and they're quite good.

As far as it being "wasted" its a tiny amount... and it's enjoyable so who cares anyway.
 
after reading all of this posts saying that its just placebo ,some saying that its just not as strong as takin a hit of crack. what ever effects it has on anybody i have come to the conclusion that its still not worth it. Even if you do get a little high or whatever. That bump could have been snorted up my nose and gotten me higher in the first place. So yeah its just a waste of coke whether it gets you high or not. Glad i realized this before wastin this expensive shit.
