Just got home from seeing FAME at the Lyric Theatre, part of a birthday present.
Was so much cooler than I imagined it would be.
Although, doesn't quite top seeing Buddy Holly last year.

Today's smile is that even though i'm pulling huge hours at work (there from 8-6.30 today), my gym is in the next building, my manager encourages me to take extra over lunch to go to classes and this afternoon at our monthly briefing, we were fed rice paper rolls, thai fish balls and duck pancakes - all washed down with a lovely NZ riesling. Not too shabby (i love my work). :)

The cognitive deficiency

that still is
protracted benzo withdrawal
even after just under a year
is now really starting to lift.

Thank God

they are a viable long-term option

Super happy happy after a scoring more bargains. Got the two maglites I wanted half price, and thanks to google got to hold them in my hand and check they were genuine before I gave them the cash. Pretty funny, turned up at the e-store owners apartment and put on a fake voice over the intercom. Super happy customer.

Plus, I got a new head unit and speakers to put in the fairmont. Needed new speakers anyway and this will give me something to do tomorrow. I love working on my car, still very happy with it... it pretty much keeps getting better and better with age :)

^ You didn't eat them all did you haha? I'm smiling because it seems I am over my flu, but will probably have kicked it back in due to working in -18 degree condition's..

^ Yea for Woolworths, they supplied me with someone else's dirty "Warm Suit" but i still froze :( The only good thing to come from this is extra pay and a sauner every 45 minutes ;)

I don't really like it though, because driving the forklift in those cold condition's can get tricky, the floor is so wet that most of the time when you want to stop, you have apply the brake slowly and then slam it down so you slowly drift/slide into a pallet to stop >.<

Prettyy dangerous :(..Oh and believe it not, we have MASSIVE fury rat's that have some how adapted to the temperature of the freezer...Dirty thing's hahaha.

Klue, Hows your stereo installation coming along?

I could spend all day on it really, get you off your feet :)

Yep, the stereo. I've got it all figured out I've just been busy the last two days and I want good light to put in it. I'm going to have to drill out new holes for the speakers on the parcel shelf and I've bought the right nuts and bolts for them. I'm not going to solder the speakers in, I want to but I'm just going to use little screw joiners. I bought the adapters for the head unit, I've never really done any electronic wiring stuff in my car, one day I'll figure out the electrics. I'm using the wiring that was in the car originally, hopefully it won't reduce any sound quality. I would only go to the trouble of wiring if I ever put a sub in there...

:)
