8o Ok... So I pondering to myself right before I railed a 30mg oxy tab. I thought itd be an interesting idea to hear what you guys thought was the smallest pill that packs the most punch. As in what f*cks you up the most or has the most recreational value. .. My vote is for the 30mg blue oxycodone tablet... This thing is about a quarter of an inch in size yet is the equivalent to 6 percasets. Fascinating if you ask me. And the floor is yours..

The original OC 80mg is the most active ingredient for its size. One of the big surprises was that the original OC 40 is actually more potent than the roxi 30 in terms of active ingridient % by weight.

60mg Morphine ER was actually the most potent per weight out of the opiate pills listed, but since it's not that strong it doesn't pack much of a punch, unless of course it was IV'd.
 
I'm thinking the "answer" to this threat would be the OC80 or the OP40 but since I've done neither, in my experience it would be the OC 40 or the 2mg sublingual Ativan. Those things are tiny. I've also had some pretty small Ecstasy pills that were really good but that's hard to quantify.
 
What about benzodiazepines and amphetamines? The 2mg Xanax bar is very small and 2mg of alprazolam is quite a lot when it comes down to it. If i'm not mistaken 2mg of alp is eq. to 40mg diazepam? I'm getting some 40mg opanas soon and im so excited.
 
While I agree that xanax is potent, I wouldn't consider the "very small." Since klonopin is considered to be close to equivalent to xanax by the dose, the 2mg klonopin are definitely smaller than 2mgs xanax.
 
What about the 100mg MS Contins? I think ROA makes a pretty big difference in the "punch" that a pill packs too. 100mg MS Contin orally would be pretty weak but IV'd (if it can be IV'd) would be quite a hit.
 
If you're talking about the physical dimensions, the actual size of a pill, and if you're talking about pills that are still relatively easy to abuse, then my vote would also be for oxy IR 30 mg. They're so unbelievably small, nearly as small if not smaller than my girlfriend's birth control pills, and those things are tiny.

This is a very good point. Opana (oxymorphone) ER 40 mg would pack no punch at all really if it were swallowed, but sniffed? Oh lawd!
 
lunestas i thought were small, and knocked me the fuck out, as for recreational value, if ya like sleeping , but nah freakin those little microdots would have to win fer sure, they tiny as hell,
 
Lunestas are damned tiny, look just like some 'blue blank' MDMA pills I had in the 90s. I didn't mention them because it takes a couple to really floor most people... Quite potent though.
