Heroin small overdose and smoking

I think I have a small overdose of heroin. Nothing serious, just as soon as the "high" left, I feel dizzy. Would smoking make it worst? Should I wait until I'm better to smoke a cig?

Yeah it's not a real od... just I had more than I should and got some dizziness after the high left.
