Small oblong yellow pill w/ an 'M' on it??

I found one of these on the floor of my apartment, and I have nooo clue where it came from. I'd like to eat it, but first I want to know what the hell it is. So if anyone has any knowledge on this mysterious item that's coaxing me right now.. please fill me in. Thanks in advance.

we do not do pill ideas on bluelight. and taking a random pill found on the ground, whether or not anyone on the internet says they know what it is, is a bad idea. try here

I'm sorry.. bad choice of words... I just wanted light shed on the name of it. Even if someone did happen to tell me what it's name was, I'd be sure to research it before anything else went down. I did a little research myself, and there are hundreds of prescribtion drugs beginning with the letter 'M'... Just looking for a short cut I guess. A search by photos would be easier.. but there are a lack of those apparently.

no, you dont understand...we dont allow pill identification...no one will tell you the name. either check www.rxlist.com (use the advanced search) or call your local poison control.
