What in your opinion is the best way to break a 8mg film strip into doses of 0.2mg?

divide he width into four pieces, you can make markings with a pencil or even a pin.

Divide the heigh into ten notches on either side of the strip.

Cut the width into fourths and then each fourth into 10ths and you have .2mg dosages

Or you can dissolve 2mg in a 1mL syringe and spray 20cc's of the solution under your tongue.
