Yeah, I'm tempted to pick some up tomorrow, but I think I'll just ride it out. The shit gear was just that, shit. Had to take heroic amounts (IV) to get a decent nod going, which is just bloody dangerous (FYI: Did a test shot to begin with, followed correct practices to ensure potency or lack thereof). Its really not even worth it, better off getting some bloody codeine instead :/ sigh. I've waited three days thus far, I'm sure I can survive another one.

Never would've thought I'd end up being an IV heroin user when I started taking codeine when I was 17. Thankfully I'm a functional user, but I know that the past 12 months I've been playing a dangerous game. And a fuck-off expensive one at that. Really gotta give it away at some point.
 
^ I wouldn't have guessed that. Would be interesting to see what they based the averages off, to see whether the sample sizes were big enough to give an accurate idea of purities between states or whether one big bust pushed averages up or down in different states and so on...
 
I'd take it with a grain of salt, every city likes to claim that they have the most users/strongest drugs/biggest problem etc. Doesn't attract enough outraged viewers if you say "our drugs are pretty average quality and not a lot of people use them."

feel like I'm living your bones. we just came off the gear. too expensive, ran out of money, juggling like fuck with bills.

got me some black market bupe. it's not enough to hold the sick away but oh well.
 
I just waited 4 fucking hours in a bus shelter for one fucking deal(at least its good gear though). God that was stressful and now that ive had the gear im wondering was it worth it to wait so fucking long for this? Its been 2 weeks since I had a shot and I got a nice rush but im nowhere near nodding. Now I want some weed and prometh to potentiate otherwise it wasnt really worth it. I love heroin and opiates but the amount of time it usually wastes to get it and the people I have to associate with are not things im happy or proud about. Everything that makes me hate heroin is related to prohibition, the people, purity, price, availability etc Im really getting over it and its sad because heroin/oxy/morph etc are all amazingly beautiful substances when in the right hands, unfortunately most(most not all) of the people I know that use are greedy, selfish fuckers i.e the wrong hands but who am I to decide whether they deserve to use heroin or not, I just wish the government saw it that way.

One thing I noticed halfway through my shot was that I was doing it alone and somewhere where it may take awhile for someone to find me if something did happen. Im sure most of you know this but for the people that dont I must say I made a very silly decision to do it where I did and by myself. Dying from a heroin overdose in the bush is not a good look(I never dump my fits and I dont do it in places where someone might spring me esp kids). So DONT do your gear alone guys, not only for your safety but so some poor soul doesnt have to find you dead in a bathroom(or wherever) Id imagine that could be quite traumatizing.

Yeah all the time mate, whenever its good. Its really off-topic though so PM me if you wanna chat im interested to hear how the waves are around perth at the moment :-)
 
Geez there is some really strong h floating about in Sydney currently. Other day sampled 20mg racked and had my usual dose of codeine (360mg). It really put me on my ass. I take back what I said about purity the other week LOL maybe I got lucky I donno but man im scared to even rack 10mg of it at a time. I have a moderate opiate tolerance. (tolerance as follows: 600mg codeine to feel even the slightest thing, 16mg hydromorphone, 40-50mg oxy). I find that its so moreish I just feel like redosing every 2 hours to keep the buzz going. Will only be doing it on special occasions (right now I have the flu so need something to ease the pain a bit :P )
 
My experience of living in WA, and I have lived in most states, is that there was a lot more drugs turning up on the shores and then being shipped across the country. Look where most refugees land. WA is just in the spot to ship it in.
 
So turns out I was wrong, and my guy is useless, and owes me money or drugs now, and I'm starting to get annoyed.


Definitely giving this up. Fuck all this noise.

I am suggesting that there might be a correlation between a large number of miltary flights in and out of WA from Afghanistan and an apparent higher purity of heroin there.
 
I doubt it, has there ever been any evidence of heroin smuggling into Australia from the ME via military?
 
Not smuggling as such, but definately evidence of heroin use by our forces in Afghanistan...

I have a couple of mates who are RAAF pilots and they are always bring back cargo planes of ride-on lawn mowers, prams and any number of other items direct from the States with little or no intervention from customs. I wouldn't be surprised if some poorly paid grunt smuggled back 2-3 kilo's and flooded the market for a quick gain.
 
Well it's possible, it happened in Vietnam. Any WA BLers able to report on which type of heroin they're getting? Iirc most Afghani heroin is #3, so the difference should be easy to spot.
 
^ heroin importation into Australia from west asia (Afghanistan etc) has increased substantially over the last 4 or 5 years - and they make a nice salt heroin these days too. Federal police labs can identify the point of origin of drugs through "signatures" built up from a range of indicators - you probably can't eyeball these differences and the Afghani heroin will mix up fine without needing to acidify. Also - street deals will vary considerably in appearance just because of differing ways of handling product once it is in the country.
