I really want to make this as short as possible. Here goes.
My "girl" pissed me off the other night. We got a new good looking Mexican guy at our job and he was throwing himself at my girl Monday. She was holding back but receptive. It was cold and he threw his jacket over her and they kept talking and she wouldn't make much phsyical contact. By the time we got to the train station, I wasnt even in the convo at all. They exchanged numbers. The train got there and she said "we are going to catch the next train.."
"Ok well you two have fun" I said. *hops on train*
It sucked, I was devastated until I talked to my room mate and got some expert advice.
Ignore the fuck out of her. Play the game.
Well I have been doing so. To the extreme. Not even looking at her.
In her defense, she just got out of a substance abuse program and hasn't gotten laid in a long time and everything is new so I don't hate her, but she still stood me up and was disrespectful.
Well, today she was not talking to that guy at all. Seemingly kicked him to the curb. Has sent me four texts begging for my forgiveness saying she really cares. I seem to have the upper hand. I hate to play the game but I have no choice.
I have yet to respond to her pleas.
We made plans to get a room and fuck on Saturday, if I don't play this game properly, she could back out at the last second just because she's a female and she can.
If it doesn't work out, it's ok. Not tripping.
Plus I have a backup plan

It's all good. We haven't been together that long. Just a few weeks. It's a fling at best. Could NOT see myself with her long term. She's 18 and I'm fucking 25. If you count my knowledge, wisdom, culture, and overall badassness, I'm 48.
She kept texting me saying she is thinking about me all the time and so so sorry etc. I finally talked to her but played it cool saying "yeah you messed up but noone is perfect, give me a time and place where we can sit down and talk away from work"

I have worked out from a line of affection bursting across my palm that I shall be having a woman with 2 children very soon - so right now that is a choice between one who I known for 3 years, who is my best friend, but is also 13 years older than me...I'm not sure how much of an issue this could turn out to be.
The other being a gal I met from church, who's psychic like me, and her "type" is guys with tattoos, who like good music, good times etc... we have quite a lot in common and we are very comfortable around each other, even though we only known each other for a few months. She also has a boyfriend, who is a rugby player, so she's someone to push to the back of my mind as a potential mate, at least until they break up...they argue a lot, and it doesn't sound like they have too much in common.

^ Your second suggesstion of this, regarding this same matter with the same woman. I won't be using either deception or treachery - I believe I can hook up with her (if we're supposed to) by playing fair, but still manipulating her in the best possible way.
All I have to do is be a better, more understanding man than he is, carry on bonding with her kids, be a good loyal friend, then finally tattoo her when my skills are good enough and most of all be patient, and vaguely hopeful - not investing too much, until I see the right opportunity.
I know she's attracted to me, her body language tells me so, but I'm not going to try and steal her away, especially when I currently don't have much more than friendship, love and hot sex to offer her.
She needs to break up with him first, through her own realizations. I will of course let her know, in an offhand manner, that I think she's one of the most gorgeous and warm people I've ever met...then not mention anything else about my interest for a while. So she will know how I feel, but also see I'm not going to let it get in the way of being friends.

yes indeed we don't get to see eachother much cuz of our schedules (2-3 days a week for like 4 hours at a time) but the moments we spend are fantastic. maybe ill introduce her to BL someday and she can join our fantastic dysfunctional community :D I think she'd fit in.
