Slowly turning purple/black?

So does this indicate something...
I tested white shark pills, 9x4mm, cut in middle and bevelled edges.
Heard they were pretty good and decided to test mine.
The thing is, when tested with marquis reagent. It turned to a very shallow purple/red/dark at the beginning and nothing seemed to happen for a time. When i returned say like 20mins later, the liquid had turned totally purple and som black where it was packed...

Does this say something of the degree the pill contains mdma?
The faster it turns purple the more mdma, or does it only have to do with the binders...
Does some binders slow the reactions with mdma?
 
Yes, some binders seem to slow a reaction so reaction time is not an accurate indicator of the strength of a pill. From your description it would appear MDMA is indicated.
