Slow Motion

Everytime I hear someone talk about codeine and promethazine, they say it "slows" you down and makes everything slow motion. I had hydrocodone and oxycodone, and neither caused me slow motion. What substances would cause slow motion?

I'm sorry but no substance will send you into "slow motion" per se. Central Nervous System depressants such as those that you mention slow down your CNS...

I don't see any HR value in this or any value to keeping it open.
