how was it extracted?
that looks like DMT extracted with ethyl acetate....
re-dissolve it and boil it with fine charcoal till about half the liquid is gone, filter,then allow to dry, should be white

That spice is actually quite pure. Well, actually, I know it only has alkaloids, due to the extraction method. But I suspect it to be mostly DMT and DMT-N-oxide. As you can see some of it is white.

Well, I don't actually like snow white DMT so much. I know it's pure, but for some reason, the yellowish spice seems much smoother to me. Probably due to the N-oxide.
 
That sucks instink! I was ripped off recently as well (only time fortunately)...

Andreas I don't think he used ethyl acetate, but a triple acid/base extraction he improvised on his own. The tek is posted in the DMT extraction thread.
I think the yellow color is fine, if meant to smoke good as is. Only if it's very gunky and/or harsh when you vape then I would clean it up.

HEY DREAD nice method, don't now how it will work for me with Acacia bark?

So do most of you here prefer the yellow over the pure, just curious

Personally I like my offwhite powder better than my orange wax but improper vaporization (like pyrolysis) is actually what makes me choke on rancid smoke, the purity just makes for more accurate dosing for the biggest part. There is a slight difference noticeable though. I use Mimosa Hostilis, that helps considering there are hardly any plant oils in there.

It could work. The plant fats should not end up in the end product, as there is an acid phase in the middle.

Hmm. I think I should name this method BAB-extraction (base-acid-base) :D
 
I don't think DMT N-oxide is active, there is probably a bunch of active alkaloids in mimosa that haven't been properly identified yet. For example, the orange jungle spice is supposed to produce very different effects, but no-one knows what the additional stuff extracted by xylene actually is. Same goes for yellow spice.

Anyway, gooood mooorninn' guys! I started my day with a cup of coffee supplemented by a substantial amount of MDPV. I am definitely awake =D
 
What a shame that no one columns and assays different extract products :(

I think it is. People have purposely converted DMT into N-oxide and smoked it, and they say it works. Although you are right that there are a myriad of alkaloids in that stuff and no one really knows what they are. I like to call my spice "Mimosa extract" rather than DMT.
 
oxidized DMT is at least somewhat active; contrary to what a chemist buddy of mine theorizes ... it's interesting how what should be going on chemically isn't always what winds up happening in terms of psychoactivity ... viz. the horrifying conditions that the "unusually fragile" LSD molecule tends to go through (summer music festivals,etc.) repeatedly before reaching the end consumer
 
a lot of the yellow tinted stuff is just fatty material from the plants that was incompletley extracted, not oxidized DMT, the oxidized product is darker in color, dark yellow to brown to reddish

i know some others here have had the reddish oxidized 5-MeO-DMT. i love that stuff. it is feasible to eyeball a dose of, unlike the white crystalline 5-MeO that caused so many people to wig out back in the day, and therefore seems a good bit mellower

idk, N,N-deemz is just not speaking to me lately, visually, it's a 3-ring circus of course, but it seems to lack a certain depth; whereas 5-MeO is all depth and no pretension; simply the entheogenic reason why I take psychedelics distilled into a moment of truth and purity...

but that's just me.
 
I've been intrigued by chaliponga... I'd love to do a chaliponga extraction. 2 parts DMT 1 part 5-meo...


and about my extraction & plant oils, it would be impossible for the plant oils to get in the end product with my extraction method, unless plant oils can form salts...
 
so i take piracetam by geting a spoon and scooping a pile out of this 2lb tub... then throw it in the back of my throat and chase it with coffee or something as fast as possible.

well, i had a cloged nose and my body said it was time to breathe real fast... and i had a pile of piracetam in the back of my throat

DUDE that would SUCK!! That honestly sounds like the grossest way to ever consume piracetam.

Parachute dude, I don't know where I would be without toilet paper. I consume everything by parachute except for small quantities of powder where i use gel caps.

My usual piracetam dose was around 2.5g sometimes I would take more than one of those a day, I definitely noticed it.
