Slipknot Bassist Paul Gray Found Dead R.I.P

Only the autopsy will tell.
The local radio station dedicated an hour of music to Slipknot in his honor the night of.
Also Shinedown has been dedicating "Simple Man" in concert to his memory as well.

Like I said, its kinda a big deal here...

It's the fact that this is a thread about someone passing on, and people have stepped up to shit on others loss. Not cool.

Like I said, never was a fan of Slipknot (but I'm shocked after I youtubed the `snuff` on Kimmel vid, because that's ANOTHER song of theirs that I like, having no idea it's them.)

I do not even listen to lyrical music anymore. It is similar to television. Akin to reading the same paragraph in a book repeatedly.

name another rock group besides metallica that has ever won a grammy ... hummm oh ya there arnt any

Are we talking about the same Grammy's where Jethro Tull won an Award for best Hard Rock/Metal Performance? Then again the Fresh Prince did beat Public Enemy for best Rap Duo or group so they do have the runs on the board.

Just off the top of my head: The Beatles, The Police, REM, Radiohead, U2, Wilco etc.

Not that I think getting a Grammy, by itself, actually means you're a good band.

ya know ,if i offended any one im sorry ,i may have been a bit drunk last night .i never said a grammy was a sign of anything ,

but i do know this ,slipknot certainly wasnt conforming to anyone,and to be recognized by the grammy idiots when you play slipknots style of music is an achivement


and i doubt corey really could care less about his grammy as im certain he wasnt shootin for it
