I,
Built as an ancient stone monument
Slowly crumbling away as
time brushes against my skin.
Every little thing,
slowly wearing me down.

The dirty looks
Crumble, crumble...
The failure and constant reminders
of what I should be and what I'm really not.

Standing tall
Standing strong
crumble
Not tall enough.
Not strong enough...

I'm not good enough?
crumble..
Too fat, too weak, too shy, too me...

Trembling...
Wasting away, slowly, mindlessly,
fearing that awful day,
That the last piece falls...

and my last breath is felt..

Thanks guys! I needed to hear that I wasn't completely alone. Your encouragement means a lot to me!

Froggy--We all feel like this from time to time...these are the moments that we should cherish...because they make our happy moments so much more powerful.

We can remember where we were...and how far we've come..

things will get better!! MUAH

I read this again, and realized how much I've grown from it.

Thanks for all of your support!! :):D

I just found the "WORDS" part of Bluelight and I've been reading Bluelight for 3 years now.....

this is the first thing I've read here and I must say, I am very impressed with the style of words and the power in which you've used them.....
