sleeping pills +ssri's

Sleeping pills are antihistamines. Like Benadryl... diphenhyramine. They won't hurt you if you follow the directions on the box. BTW you are getting ripped off if you are buying OTC sleeping pills. Look at what is in them, and what is in generic Benadryl.
