sleeping after an od

I possibly had a minor overdose on some heroin earlier, very clammy, sweating, very terrible stomach issues, pinned pupils, pretty much everything research says is an od... Its been about 6 hours since the shot I feel ok just high tried eating but its not going well because of the stomach aches and at this point just want to go to bed but am worried about sleeping and not waking up. Do you think its ok to go to sleep now?

We don't use swim here.

IMO/IME if you've come out of the OD, you're going to be fine.

If you've been conscious and okay for 6 hours, chances are you are fine.

Just don't dose anymore between now and when you go to sleep.

Also, take it easy in the future. Next time you might not wake up.. :\
