sleep

Sleep is only good wen you have someone to sleep with. Its nice to get cuddles and its nice to wakeup next to some one. Otherwise sleep is just boring.

I absolutely loooooooooooooooooovvvvvee sleep it is a very close friend of mine, as is the lovely glass of wine sitting invitingly in front of me with its legs....ahem.....so sleep yes, love it.....got a new bed Muzby? maybe you should share it;)
mmm sleep is good:)

is something i wanted oh so badly this afternoon.

i had laid my head down for not even 15 minutes before the stupid lawnmower man came.

i now want him dead. :X

I have an off-and-on relationship with sleep. Like a lot of other people have said, I don't want to miss anything, so generally speaking I'll only get 5-6 hours a night, but then every now and then (maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks), I have a massive coma for a day or so to catch up on it all. And that's the bit I love. :)

Also, when it's a really nice day, I love nothing more than dozing in the park under a tree all day. I used to cop shit about it all the time from workmates in Melbourne cause I'd walk home from work, sit down in a park on the way, and suddenly found I'd zonked out for a couple hours....

I'm so tired today I can barely keep my eyes open. Useful when I'm working on an important presentation eh? Been a bit sick with a virus and the council were working on the road near my place last night so I pooped a Phenergan antihistamine to send me off to lala land (and kill my sniffles).

FOr some odd reason it didn't work and i spent the night flitting between consciousness and very strange dreams, waking at 4:30am when the crows started cawing.

When I get low on sleep I find a start having mild auditory hallucinations, such as hearing a melody or rhythm in ordinary background noise. Anyone else get this?

I like sleep, however, I don't sleep anywhere near enough because I am always scared I'm going to miss out on something and I hate feeling like I've wasted all that time.

mmmm sleepy goodness

=D

Yes i'm exactly the same, just like a little kid or a dog. I hate missing all the action.

hm I love sleep I would sleep all the time all day and night but as it so happens I somehow fell in true love with amphetamines so everything gets tossed to the side and buried including sleep

I have sleeping pills so it's not a problem

I adorrrrrreeeeeee sleep. Lately I've been going to bed at 9:30 and sleeping till 6:30 (which is when the small child gets up - I could sleep longer!). Pregnancy does make you really tired though. Last night I was asleep at 9, and only because I watched the clock until 9 because I figured any earlier than that was just stupidity. Before I was pregnant, I was okay on about 6 hours a night. I think it's partly because I chase a toddler around all day too, to go to sleep at the end of the day is just beyond satisfying.

I used to have problems with sleep: ie, i couldn't. Now, i've created a routine at bed-time, and my body/mind has slipped into it nicely. I have a shower, and read before bed.... the best feeling is when you first notice youself getting drowsy...i turn off my reading light and slip peacfully into a 7 hour oblivion :) Sleep is great!

Not necessarily. Health care professionals state that most people need between 6-8 hours of sleep. That would vary from person to person, of course. If i slept for 9 hrs, i'd be groggy as hell for the rest of the day, due to oversleeping. My body is on a very definite 7 hr clock. I go to sleep at 10, wake at 5-5.30 am.

heh... i don't party like i used to :) On the once-in-a-blue-moon occasion that my hubby and i like to indulge, its usually very early in the evening, at home and we're in bed by 2-3am at the latest. I don't like wacking out my sleep patterns at all now. (god i'm boring).
