Try exercising on top of forcing yourself to go to bed earlier in the evening. There might be a week or more in which you simply lie in bed awake feeling shitty but your body will eventually adjust. I have been in your shoes before and it was so, sooo hard to get back into a decent schedule. I PROMISE you that if you get up and exercise for an hour a day in addition to bedding yourself earlier and eating as well as you can (hell, beans and rice are tasty, cheap, and healthy) you will start to see results within a month (I know that sounds like a long time and it is when you feel as badly as you do, but it's one of those humps you're just gonna have to face because pulling the covers over your head only "helps" for so long and only makes things infinitely worse in the end!).
Feel better soon, PillThrill! You are doing great so far so don't underestimate yourself or beat yourself up. These things happen and you sound like you're strong enough to work through them.
