Detox Sleep problems worsening again @ 13 days off methadone (sporadic diazepam)

I honestly haven't had any discomfort or cravings
Indulge occasionally on some tapentadol which seems to hit regardless of methadone,
but my real problem is clonazepam which seems to have a firmer grip on my psyche
I had to perform narcan/CPR, etc on my son this May somehow he took some fent, became unresponsive,
and I had to keep him "breathing" (filling him up with air repeatedly while it sputtered back out, with another bro pumping his chest)
May have a bit of PTSD from that interminable wait on 911 waiting for paramedics to arrive with more narcan before he awoke.
At least now I keep more than 8mgs in my kitchen drawer!

Sorry. My wife has ptsd from
Saving me from my overdose. It took about 6 years but she’s over it and trusts me now (probably because I haven’t used fentanyl since)
