its known that many experience sleep paralysis after mdma use. Being asleep and your mind waking up up your body still being asleep and you can't move.
I really like this side effect because it allows me to lucid dream very easily which I normally NEVER experience sleep paralysis naturally.
My question is when does the effects on sleep occur for you? I've noticed that it coincides with the tuesday blues, that is...it is delayed until about 3 or 4 days after my mdma use, thats when it occurs. Whether or not it coincides with depression it still happens a few days after the roll. And it usually only happens on one night.
what are the experiences of others? when does this occure for you? the night of use or after? how intense is it? how many nights do you have it etc? do you use it to your advantage to lucid dream or anything?
