Benzos Sleep help in diazepam

Hi all,

I'm going for a night out, well, day and night out.

I'll be drinking all day and night, I'll be taking 1grm of cocaine to help with the large amount alchol. I should finish the night about 2-3am.

The next I have to leave and drive for 3 hours at mid day and I always have problems sleeping on cocaine.

I have 6 2mg tablets of Diazepam.

Would you suggest this would help and if so, how many mg should I take to make me sleep.

Yes. If it's diazepam (and not a different low dose benzo) then take all 6. 10mg is the most commmon strength available in my area, and I take 2 or 3 of those and drink with them.

Yeah, it's defo real Diazepam. Got it from the docs for a back problem as a relaxant. Many thanks for the advice amigo.

Out of interest, why "no" if some other low dose benzo? Can that cause problems?

It's just that the weakest strength of valium is 2mg. It comes in 2, 5, and 10 mg's. So a 2mg valium is relatively *weak* (depending to your tolerance obviously).

I believe the question was asked because, Xanax for example is MUCh stronger than valium. The highest single does of xanax comes in 2mg's. So i assume the person wanted to make sure you had valium, and not a high potentcy benzo like xanax. 6x, 2mg xanax would most likely rock you hard! And drinking on top of that dose would be asking for serious trouble!

Thanks for the information. I've only ever taken one of these 2mg per day...didn't do much other make me smile a lot...ha ha.

Checked the pack and it's got Diazepam written on it.

I might just take four of the six when I get home and see how I get on.

Better safe than sorry!

take all of them, 12mg is a seriously low dose of diazepam, im sure they only make the 2mg's for people to help with tapering off them.

Do you think 12mg is enough to make me sleep on cocaine. If it's not, I'll not bother.

If you're drinking throughout the day/night and take all 12mg of diazepam at the very end of the night - when you're ready to go to sleep and/or relax - you should be good. With no tolerance, 12mg should be fine...it'll probably put you to sleep, however, you might be a wee bit groggy the next day.
