I get them a lot, usually if I haven't gotten off in 5+ days. Usually the dreams involve masturbation rather than sex, unfortunately. I'd much rather have sex, even if I don't get off. Though Im definetly not complaining about the dreams, for me they're not a substitute for real sex.
