So first off i dont know if this is the right thread for this topic so mods move it if u want. I was wondering about how long u can go without sleep and not risk health problems. I want to know both how long u can go with no sleep while eating and drinking regular amounts of water compared to no sleep and eating nothing but maybe a carrot for 4 days.

i can tell you this much. sleep deprivation and food deprivation are really hard on your body.
together, it's a nightmare.
from experience, i have found that if you can manage to keep up with your dietary needs, sleep deprivation is a little easier and a little healthier.
i'm not saying it's easy or healthy by any means, but if you're gonna go four days without sleep, food will definately help. if you're doing drugs, eating will make the drugs feel better.

when it comes to sleep deprivation, health problems are factor, but the toll it takes on your mind is a lot more noticeable. best be careful. don't deprive yourself of sleep just for the hell of it. if you're doing stimulants, eating and sleeping makes the whole experience a lot more enjoyable.

PJK- I am bro!!!!! I had a ton of food and slept for a good 10 hours. I am by no means staying up for 4 days at a time, 2 days yes....but thats if im on adderall. And i eat nonstop fruit and drink tons of water.

sleep depravation wreaks havoc on your immune system - you'll find yourself getting sick more often

you get this useless feeling - in the sense that even the most mundane taks feel incredibly taxing on your body to the point where you don't even want to lift your arms or legs because its too much effort.

finding motivation to get done what needs to be done in your day becomes very hard - which exacerbates the problem because though you may be aware of the fact that you need to eat healthily it will just seem like too much effort

If you value your helth I wouldn't ever go more than 2 days without sleeping - even that is pushing it. Its simply not worth it. but that's just my opinion.

Eat healthy, get sleep, and exercise! your body will thank you.

and stay hydrated! coffee, expresso, doble mocha lattes and strong tea don't count. Drink water!

Good advice here. I must say after a few experiences of staying up through nights in stims, i find that i dislike the idea of sleep more and more. Even sober i now hate the idea of going to sleep. Seems like such a waste.

Glad to hear it man.. don't let yourself get too far down that rabbit hole mate.

I shall heed your advice my good sir. Thanks for the concern bro. Adderall can get tricky with sleep, thats my only downfall, never will i do glass again and be up for a week. noooooooo thanks.
