So my friends in a bad way, hes been up for like 40 hours now and still doesn't feel like sleeping.
What supplements might make him feel a bit better? I've got Magnesium Tarate and 5-htp but I can always go and get some others, any suggestions? or just and foods/drinks that might be useful
