I've noticed that when I don't sleep for a day, i'll mostly be cranky and "bleh" as you'd expect, but sometimes i'd randomly get an hour or so of randomly feeling happy. I looked it up and turns out it actually is a side effect of it.

Anyone else notice it?

Randomly feeling happy is a part of life. It's not caused by sleep deprivation. You don't feel happy for more than an hour during the day with sleep?

I typically start feeling bad if I am having intermittent insomnia.

Either way, this really isn't about drugs and is not within the scope of Other Drugs. I encourage you to browse the rules (BLUA, OD forum standards, OD guidelines & policies) as well as viewing some of the other threads here, to better understand the scope of Other Drugs. :)

C.H is right that this isn't OD-material but I just wanted to share that sleep deprivation can certainly induce mania for some so you may want to look into that some more.
