Well... It's a much better alternative to Alcohol, that's for sure. However, keep in mind that etizolam is a powerful benzodiazepine. It's very addictive and regular use WILL cause phsyical dependence and tolerance. Use it, only when you need to. If you need to use it every night, then Etizolam is not the drug for you. See a doctor if you have insomnia that's so bad that you need to take something every night. Even if you wind up need benzo's anyways, getting them through the proper channels is way safer, you'll never have to worry about adulterants in the powder, you'll never have to worry about running out, and most importantly - it's much safer.
Also the weed... It's effective only in the short term. You have to remember, Marijuana releases a MASSIVE amount of Dopamine and Norepinephrine (Noradrenaline). These will keep you awake and will, ultimately, exacerbate insomnia after a while.
