Film SLC Punk 2: Punk is Dead

Didn't see a thread for this. Anyone else looking forward to this? The original director took to Kickstarter to raise the money for this sequel and met his goal so filming has already started. They just released a teaser trailer you can see here:

After watching the teaser, I'm not sure about this one. Before watching, I wasn't sure how they were going to go about continuing the story without Bob. I'll watch it for free I guess, and see how it goes.

I have high hopes but mild expectations. I'm glad they at least brought back as a dead narrator or whatever. Kinda bummed they didn't bring back Steve-O though.

was really excited when i heard this announced and heroin bob would be back but how could they not bring back steve-o also? and that trailer... did not look good at all to me. maybe ill watch it and it will surprise me but idk i'm not really excited anymore.

in that link you posted it said there will be two surprise cameos with possibilty of steve-o so who knows?

I'm officially not involved with SLC PUNK sequel. I know, I think it's weird too. But... There you go. Good luck to all involved.

Sequels to movies that like are 50/50. It could be lame or it could be good, but I'm at least encouraged it's the same director.

No Steve-O sucks big time though. It's going to be hard for it to live up to the original without him.

I loved the first one, which is weird because I find the whole "punk" scene annoying.

The first one was great. They can't mess the sequel up as long as there's plenty of drugs and booze, which from the trailer, looks like will be the case.

I remember shooting H watching that movie in my car. Good times/bad times. Great movie, a modern day version, I could write that.
