Actually, I think saying the number would be a bit cooler anyway. "Yo man, that eighteen just came in the mail today. Want to hit on this?"

I think saying the number is the easiest.

However I do feel that using slang terms in general connotes a negative stigma to drugs. People bust my balls for always calling weed, "Cannabis," but it rolls off the tongue and sounds pleasant to the ears.

You'd be surprised how many people in the world don't know wtf is Cannabis, but as soon as you say "Pot" or "Weed" they know. That's a problem, IMO.

People around where I live use slang terms for jwh. Mostly Synth and JayDubz. Jaydubz is my fave. or just synthetic. Slang names will naturally develop over time.
