Slang dictionary for drug COMBOS! Not just general drug slang, COMBOS ONLY

In Copenhagen we call IV Coke+heroin "balls" As in; "im gonna go do a ball"
i guess its derived from the term speedball.
 
I met an old biker dude at a bar once and he told me they used to call drinking lots of alcohol and doing coke and eating valium - Speeding With the Brakes On.

I couldnt get over how great of a term that was it has stuck with me! glad I could share
 
a few nights ago one of my boys did a gram or two of coke and when he was coming down he decided it'd be a good idea to eat some mushrooms?? he ate like 2 grams of those and had a horrible night....wonder why?? my other friends and I decided that coke+mushrooms should be called hippie death
 
Pharmy Speedball: Prescription opiates and Adderall/dexies/methylphenidate.

Boom: marijuana laced with coke/crack.

Robo Flipping(Dumb, I know.): DXM and MDMA.

Robo Kitty(see above annotation.): DXM and Ketamine.

Terminator(Also kinda dumb): Amphetamines and Dxm.
 
I remember one time awhile back i coped some dope off this bum that i use to cop from regularly in Phx and she refered to a speedball as a John Belushi, has anyone else ever heard of that?
 
suprised i havent seen this on the list cause heard it from a few different groups of people in the chicago area:

NATURE FLIPPING= shrooms and acid
 
dxm + cocaine - RoBlow
ketamine and cocaine = ketacaine
2ce + mdma = Zen Flip dont know if this already has a name but i think that describes the trip so serene and tranquil
