Slang associated with RC's?

bees = 2C-B
iodine = 2C-I

foxy = 5-MeO-DiPT
moxy = 5-MeO-MiPT

iprocin = 4-HO-DiPT
miprocin = 4-HO-MiPT

ethacetin = 4-AcO-DET
ipracetin = 4-AcO-DiPT
psilacetin = 4-AcO-DMT
mipracetin = 4-AcO-MiPT

These are the ones I have heard before. I also personally like calling 2C-E "ethyl-mescaline" even though I know it's not technically correct.
 
In North Texas this is some of the slang I've heard associated with "RC's"...

2c-b = "B", "bees", "nexus"
2c-e = ethyl, electricity, tootsie
2c-i = cci, eye of the seas
2c-t-7 = t-7
4-aco-dmt = aco, 4-aco
dmt = deemsters

And the act of being on these various psychedelics is called tripping around the board.
 
I don't like slang terms apart from a single agreed-upon trivial name for somewhat widely used substances. Considering MCat and meow(-meow) are names for both methcathinone and 4-MMC and the easy mistakes made by mispronouncing or misinterpreting mephedrone, methadone, methedrone and perhaps others, it can even do harm. And when I think 'ice' or 'crystal' I just think of a general stimulant coming in somewhat crystallized form...

I also don't care for slang for a combo noone else has heard of.

Dutch smartshops used to call 2C-T-7 "Blue Mystic" when they still sold it, the nickname hasn't really catched on (T-7 is fine, of course), but the name Nexus also comes from these smartshops, it's no wonder they were the ones to commercialize names.
 
ive noticed miprocin, iprocin, bromo for bromo dragonfly, t-2, 4-aco for 4acodmt catch on by a nice amount of people around here
 
this thread is funny as shit to start with. i dont think rc's are used by people who really need to use slang ie they cant remember what chemical compound they are taking. most people have no idea they are getting into rc's when they do imho, such as rc's being on a blotter would be called bunkish acid. the majority of people ingesting the blotter, (no bl-ers obviously) would just consider it lsd and go on with their lives while tripping on DO_ or 2C_

for legal sake though my friend used to call 2CI "eye" and other slang he thought up.
 
yeah I stumbled upon these forums called dmt-nexus.com and whoo. These are some out there dudes/gals. They've got all sorts of terminology that they've built for their super-sub-culture. Mainly regarding DMT though.

Haha yeah, dmt-nexus is a wonderful forum but you can sure tell they smoke a lot of DMT. :D I mean there's some really inspired material over there but also a lot of dudes who give out advice like they're Obi-Wan Kenobi, "stay strong, my Brother. You are a true warrior prophet: the Great Transformation is near." etc
 
I've heard the 2c's referred to by their substitution on the 4 position ie ethyl, methyl, bromo, etc.
 
I laughed my ass off when I read a post on these forums a year ago where someone called doing a 2C- and MDMA "sparkle-flipping." I told my trip buddies and now it's become kind of our inside joke when we're out at a party/club/whatever and people ask us what we're doing.

"Yeah, man! We're Sparkle-flipping!"

People look at us funny, but it's hilarious.
 
RCs = alphabet soup

2c-t-2 = t2.... although I think their is a chemical called t2 as well... That could get confusing... 2ct2 is more common... at least as i have seen.

A day dosed on DOB = A day with Bob

MDA = sass

DMT = Deemstirs

5-meo-dipt = foxy methoxy


and I've heard 5-meo-amt called o-alpha seratonin.... I was at a festival and all our minds were pretty blasted.. but I met a dude there who was referring to this material as o-alpha seratonin.


I like to give out the full chemical names... such as 5 methoxy alpha methyl tryptamine for 5-meo-amt... Its funny to tell people names like this when they have very little clue about the diversity available in psychedelic substances these days. Some of my friends who don't use much, but respect that I do... laugh when I tell them such things. When they ask what I am up to tomorrow, and I reply, "probably something involving 2,5 dimethoxy 4 ehtylthiophenethylamine..." Well I'm sure they are surprised by how completely wild this world is. To think that shulgin made so many of these chemicals... and that they are rather recent... with less than a century of use. very interesting stuff. Sometimes I feel like sort of a lab rat... but that's alright. I've had some pretty interesting days quite unlike most days. I dig it.




The abomination sounds like a pretty wild ride... Throw some hash in there.
