slamming hydrocordone

I recently got some hydrocodone and I've heard that you can slam it. Any idea how to prepare it? Heard it's a good trip. Usually do meth, but want to try this. Any help would be appreciated

first of all, this is the wrong category. second, what is "slam" in this context? If you mean drink it, you mix the crushed up pills in cold water and filter it. i say just eat them, yer gettin too creative.

he means shootin it up. im sure its possible to do but that would be incredibly stupid to do. this is hydrocodone for gods sake not methodone.

if by "slam" you mean iv, it isn't the best idea to inject pills. if you do so, you need to research very carefully how to filter out the binders and filler, if not some serious health problems can arise.

btw, it is usually a good idea to define any slang you use, as it varies from location to location.

short answer - dont do it. seriously its just as dangerous if not more than slamming some very dirty 'street' heroin....binders, fillers, colorings, NOT GOOD TO INJECT! and people are probably going to suggest to you that you that you snort them and even thats a waste IMO....i never understood the allure of snorting pharmies....just swallow em like the good doctor said and youll be ridin just fine

If you get your hydro pure its fine of course. Otherwise you'll need whats known as a wheel filter or submicron trapping filter paper. Its really a pain to take say 6 vicodin, about 6,000mgs of material & get it down to even a CC without signifigant loss.

Snorting- to the extent that the insuffalated material does not drip down into your stomach is advantageous for some things, it bypasses stomach acids, enymes, stomach lining enzymes and of course everything from the stomach heads through the portal vein to the liver for whats known as first pass metabolism. That said, the olfactory mucosa does have quite a bit less surface area & so is useful for only smallish amounts of powder.

I was told by a board certified neurologist that insuffalated buprenorphine (opiate) is signifigantly more reinforcing via this route. Take a look at a cross-section of a head, the top of the nose is practically in the brain. I suspect it acheives somewhat initially higher concentrations here.

As many people have already said, pills are problematic to inject because they contain many insoluble binders and fillers. Although you may not bee able to see these when you prepare your dose, they are there. They can damage or occlude blood vessels, resulting in serious problems.

Stick with swallowing or insufflation.

I have actually injected hydrocodone via 9 10mg norco tablets. These are more suited for injection as they contain 10mg hydrocodone and 325mg apap. Still, its a lot of work to get the volume of fluid down; I ended up with 7cc of fluid and had to use a 10ml syringe. The high wasnt that great either. Moral of the story: dont bother.
