Ok i have known this kid my whole life. He graduated this year and towards the end of the school year he began abusing e a lot. he rolled almost everyday for 20 days..... he kept rolling but felt crazy.... one day kid cudi told him to break into his next door neighbots car. now hes a paranoid Schizophrenic. Is this strictly because of e or could it be family illness? o yea and hes in a psych ward he was completely normal last year:(

It would not be from the E alone but if he has a latent condition it could cause it to pop up especialy due to the extent he was using it and the fact that you can't always be shure what exactly is in the pill. Does he have any family history of Schizophrenia?

It is mostly likely that he was prone to develop schizophrenia even before using. But drugs can certainly make it worse and complicate his situation.

This emerges around college age anyways, so it may coincide with his MDMA abuse.

I do believe if you roll 20 days in a row, there will be very, very nasty side effects. I wouldn't doubt turning into a schitzo would be an exception.

idk if he had prior issues he always seemed normal and was an athlete

rolling 20 days streight can definately mess you up.
I also know that new schizophrenics abuse drugs becasue it makes them feel normal. So he could have be at the onset of his disease and thought mdma was gonna cure him. Its unfortunate that kids use the drugs becasue for the most part teenagers dont have any self control. That leads to abusive behavior and why mdma is illegal.
