My pet fish is on 80mg methadone. Come upun a bottle of opanna. Was wondering If missing one day if the opanna would work well for getting high. And if it did not do the trick and decided to take her methadone dose, would the opana block out the methadone?

I take Opana daily, but use methadone from time to time to "dry out" for a spell.
You're wasting the opana with an 80mg dosage of methadone. You may feel a tiny, tiny bit off the opana IF you have waited hours after your last methadone dosage. I've done 30mg of methadone then a 10mg opana snorted 12 hours later and felt nothing.
What MG is the opana? I wouldn't advise doing a 40mg then mixing with methadone, for sake of harm reduction.
If your clinic drug test, you'll get caught.

The opana are only 10's and yes i know they have very little effect on methadone. Every now and then my fish will do Half of one 16hr after her dose and it helps "bring the dose back" I guess you could say? Normally feels like the meth wears off a bunch around then..Anyway. On holidays (tomorrow is one) she get a take homes. So my question was geared for the days she doesnt go to the clinic, which are rare. Will the opana work 24hr after the last does..and good enough to keep withdrawals at bay. And if not and she decide to take her dose of methadone, will the opana effectively block the methadone from working? not sure if the er opana will use up all of the receptors and the methadone just go right through her....we are pretty dumb on that matter, thus why are asking...

I have a tolerance for 140mg of opana a day and been on them going on 2 yrs.. It's very easy to build up a high tolerance to opana, especially snorting.
Your 80mg dose of methadone, which I assume has a build up in your system, may block any effects from the opana. It's hard to tell you "yes/no" because your metabolism and brain chemistry is different than mine. Yes, opana may keep withdrawals at bay, can't say for sure.

Methadone is an opiate and with daily use you obtain a high blood plasma level of it so even if you skip a day, there is still a bunch binded to the opiate receptors. Basically, you'll waste the opana and jack up your tolerance a bit. Don't do it I say, if for no other reason then you'll barely feel it.

I'm on 70mg of done a day. I can still feel heroin if I shoot a good size dose. I wouldn't say shooting the opana would be a waste automatically.

My first couple of times using 5mgs of methadone, I couldn't feel hydrocodone while on methadone or the day after, but now I can when I take methadone once in a while......5mgs is not much, I'm a light weight, but it does the trick for me

Treefa, I used Oxycontin 80mg and Xanax for years and it was sold to me by the person who had them prescribed. If you had any clue how drug trades work, people go to a doctor and either the doctor is a quack and prescribes whatever knowing its to be abused, then there's people who actually do have health problems but either don't like how the medication makes them feel, or they have other meds that re more appropriate for them so they sell the good stuff(well, what we want) for a hugely inflated price. Also sometimes people just sell one or two out of their script and it doesn't really affect their lives because they might not always need the whole thing.
That post was one of the most un-thought out, rude and presumptive attacks ive ever seen on here. You have no idea how this guy got his stuff, for all we know HE gets its prescribed for his own problems, what if he's in a wheelchair with severe and debilitating pain, extreme depression and a pain regime that is not efficient and so to get the most out of his medication he injects it and purely because doctors seem to think we're all junkies(kinda like you) even if there actually is something seriously not right. Sorry to the OP this was all just a made up scenario obviously, and maybe you did steal them from some poor old lady or whatever but likely not id think. The point is jumping to conclusions and making personal attacks like that are really silly and unpredictable. They don't have a place here as we all get our drugs in different ways and many people us their own various medications(Opiates, Amphetamines etc) IV or ways other than orally and we have no right to judge them and if they are buying them off someone well that's something to just forget about because talk about sourcing is not allowed so really whether he stole them or not is completely irrelevant. The point is to keep this person safe, and no one deserves to die, not a thief or a murderer(in my humble opinion) So by this person coming here and asking these questions to stay safe is really quite smart an to have someone jump down their throat immediately after asking a non-threatening, non-offensive question. well it doesn't quite make people feel comfortable coming back to ask further queries about other possibly dangerous drug related things. IF that is truly the case, I will personally appologise to OP and bring my lips to his ass, and kiss it..fact is pills get stolen all the time...more often that most people probably know.
Some moron stole about 30 measley hydros and tramadol from my own mother a while back, and that really made me mad that some jackass would steal pain medications from a little old lady (senior citizen) who works hard every single day of her life to provide for her kids and grandkids, and never abused, or even THOUGHT of selling her meds, and then one day when she was working her 2nd job at night, she got home after work to find about 1/4 of the meds she had that morning.
Some people don't even think about NEEDING to lock up their medication, I mean, "it's MY medication nobody would steal MY medication" it's just a big problem when people are so obsessed with drugs that they'd rather have a measley handful of opanas or hydros to get "high" on while the people that need them are not only NOT HIGH but probably in rather sever pain.
I'll go ahead and say sorry to OP, "I'm sorry OP'.
But OP knows better than anybody else on BL, so if i'm wrong and he DID IN FACT steal a "whole bottle of opana" then shame on him.
I'm all for having a good time, and sure opiates are harmless so IV it let's all get fucked, but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD don't steal just to make yourself not feel like shit for 4-6 hours, that's pretty selfish.
P.S. i'm not saying I've never done it, and i'm not judging the "junkies" cause hell I practically am a junkie, but I have made a VOW TO MYSELF, that I will no longer STEAL to support my habit. Hell if all the rest of you junkies had some kinda moral code, maybe everybody wouldn't hate us all so much eh??
