Howdy SD family. As we all know bodybuilding is an aesthetic sport. I know that I tan and try my best to look my best and the first thing people notice is our skin. What tips and tricks do you guys do to keep your skin flawless and looking good? I exfoliate daily which keeps it soft and blemish free but there's always room for improvement. I'm tanning fairly often and wanna keep my skin looking fresh and what not. Any tips are welcome as I'm a vain motherfucker.

For acne, topical antibiotics work good enough for me, I avoid oral stuff cause tbh i'm worried about the sides. I also wash with antibacterial soap. I don't use moisturisers (if that's how you spell it) cause whatever I do, my skin never gets dry.

How do i post my own thread???? I dont see anything on here to post a new thread.... Im new to this shit

Look for this on the main page of SD.

As far as skin care goes I use B5 in large doses at times to reduce sebum production. I use Doxcycline often, an oral antibiotic that targets acne bacteria. On trouble blemishes I apply tea tree oil, I was with tea tree oil soap, I use a salyic acid wash, once a week I use a clay mask or peel mask for pores, I use an exfoliating scrub, I use a facial scrub brush, I tan, and I shower twice a day.

Hygiene is a must when you are manipulating your hormone levels.

Any tips for body hair removal would be nice. My chest is a bit hairy so one day after I build some mass I'd like to remove all my body hair and oil up to accentuate the definition to my body. There's just something about being tan, hairless, and shiny that I want.

There are creams you apply while showering, they burn the hairs. It's the stuff women use

I wasn't sure if those creams could be used on sensitive spots such as arm pits or groin. Don't want any redness or itchiness.

Low dose of accutane has been amazing for me. Still staying on 20mg with little sides. Gonna do a full year just to be safe.

drink a 1-2 gallons of water a day, I guarantee you'll see at least a 90% reduction in your skin blemishes all over your body.

Accutane is not necessary unless you have horrible cystic acne that oozes and keeps you inside your house.

A little hygiene, exfoliation, salyic acid, tea tree oil, pore cleansers, proper hydration, proper diet, B5 treatment, and maybe some Doxyclicine is all that's needed.

Accutane is basically a fucking poison. Nasty fucking stuff and should only be used as a last resort when all other treatments have been explored and tried. Ordering some online and dosing it yourself is idiotic. Normally on accutane you get bloodwork done constantly to check for possible toxicity and damage.

Any tips on hair care? I know Guido likes his hair and I love mine. And teeth whitening tips?

Crest white strips. I've been using them for 3 days and they are great. I like girl shampoos and conditoners for hair. Itll make it silky smooth and soft
