Skag situtation: Dealer with Money problem

I live in an area where skag probably wasn't around until recently(low population density).

I have an insane tolerance(40mg methadone when I was naive) and I never vomit or even get nausea. On an ultraheavy nod I was waking up because I was not breathing and had to gasp for air, I did this off and on for 3 or so hours.

My connect is older and has trouble keeping steady regular employment, he is "just doing this for a friend".
1st time: good powder with brown flecks, smelled vinegar rich. *NO PRICES* stamps that you only needed 1/3 of to get off.

2nd time, half the stamps were like before, the other half were pure cut. I think he fucked up and didn't mix as his dealer had expected him to.

The deals have gotten progressively worse, I buy about 2 months apart, have been chipping for 10 months or so. Last time *NO PRICES* got me a really fucked up mixed group where he labeled what the stamps were worth and the qual was shit.

How do I go from 1/3 of a stamp to 4 stamps with 2 months off inbetween(a tiny line of this bunk made my friend blow chunks all over, and I didn't get shit)? He owes my friend money, and when I put in an order he needs fronted now because he cant cover shit, and coincidentally he'll pay my friend off a little bit of his debt once he has my cash.

I need to go above him to his guy, but my connect is very shady about it and won't let me, this may be the only connect around. I don't like having to twist peoples arms, but I don't think I have a choice. I dont know how I am going to deal with this guy. Any advice?

Sorry to hear about your situation, but we can't tell you how to deal with your dealer. Our Drug Culture forum has discussion relating to dealer relationships but they have their own set of rules and guidelines that I would read prior to posting there as well.
