is there a section focused on struggling with out of control heroin addicts. I am tired of seeing childhood friends drop dead. I don't want to see it take my brother. It already took my dad 20 years after he quit due to hep C. I don't know what I am supposed to do.

A place for addict I suppose may not be the best place for advice on handling someone who throws their life away while they continue to betray, lie, and steal anything of value from the only ones laft that care about him.
