Sister not feeling the effects?

So, I rolled with my sister yesterday, and we both took blue ghost pokeballs.
So it started out with us both dropping one, within 30 minutes we were both starting to feel the effects. So, we both dropped another half... Now, I was rolling balls for a good 4 hours.
My sister on the other hand! Had only felt the effects for about an hour.
Plus she said her peak must have lasted about... 20 minutes?

So let me give you some detail, because I was wondering if this could have some, or everything to do with it.
My sister is a bit of a meth head, no comments on that please, I don't control her life.
And she made sure she didn't smoke all day so she could get the full effects of the pill.
Though, I was thinking that maybe because of how often she does it that it has fucked with her serotonin?
Another thing I was thinking is that maybe because crystal is a methamphetamine that she has a stronger tolerance to drugs in the same class.
I remember reading somewhere that you need a certain amount of MDMA to get your serotonin to really release, so maybe it's just that she needs to take slightly more than your average dose?
Because I thought that meth only effects your dopamine, but does it also effect your serotonin?
Thank you to everyone who answers! Because I'd love for my sister to have a wonderful roll, and that's what yesterday was suppose to be all about, but alas... Another time...

Did she eat before it? One of my friends took some pure molly, that all of my other friends rolled really hard on. She said her peak felt like it was only about 30 minutes and then it was over, but she ate before she rolled. I don't know if it's the same situation for your sister though.

Thats odd the only thing i can think of is the meth. It works on Dopamine, serotonin, and NE but mostly on dopamine so she should be good there. From just reading the post only thing i can come up with is a slight cross tolerance with meth and E, even though usually meth users can still roll decently.

I could definately see the meth causing it if she is a habitual user, whereas with MDMA the neurotoxicity is debated with meth it is a very well known and very real risk. While she may not notice the affects yet she's likely nuked a good amount of her dopamine production capability, and this would likely spill over to NE/5HT (though to a much lesser extent). In addition Meth does act as a Serotonin releasing agent (just much weaker than MDMA) however if she has been on it for a good while there's a good chance her body has simply built up a tolerance to the effects.

So I'm trying to think of some kind of solution... How could my sister have a decent roll for at least 3-4 hours?
Other than stop smoking meth all together because trust me, that's not happening.
Is it just that she has somewhat of a tolerance and needs more?
Or has she just fucked up her serotonin to where there's not much to release?
I'm so confused, thanks to those who answered though...

Honestly if your sister is a habitual meth user and had no notable effect upon trying to roll, there's really not much that could be done. You could up the dosage, potentiate the crap out of it, but the fact that her experience was so short would seem to imply that she's just closed that potential avenue.

Try to get your hands on some Methylone/Mephedrone and see what effect those have on her, they're less focused on Serotonin but if after taking those she still has no MDMA-like effects then there's really nothing to be done. I doubt stopping her meth use at this point would make any difference to be honest, she's abused the crap out of her brain and is now paying the price.
